LATE SHOWS:
We understand that sometimes your appointment gets delayed or there is an emergency and you are late for your scheduled pickup. Our drivers will wait 30 minutes for you. If your appointment lasts over 30 minutes, we'll still pick you up but we request that you give us a call so we can send our next available driver to pick you up.
CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel a trip, we require a 24 hour advance notice prior to your pick-up time in order to issue a refund on pre-paid trips. Trips cancelled within a 24 hour period of time will not be subject to a refund.

* Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 25 miles from our office location in Modesto, CA 95356, for each mile over 25, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for passenger transportation or $1.50 per mile for wheelchair transportation applies.
** Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 25 miles from our office location in Modesto, CA 95356 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $40.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 40 miles from our office location in Modesto, CA 95356 , a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile applies.
